The first soundbar which can detect the position of the listener
Among the products Razer introduced at CES 2023, the $400 Leviathan V2 Pro was the first to appear. The model, which is a soundbar with a subwoofer with RGB lighting, detects the position of the listener with its IR camera. Thanks to this feature, it can provide optimized sound according to the location of the listener. The product, which can transmit 3D sound, is a partnership between THX and Audioscenic. The PC-oriented speaker utilizes artificial intelligence algorithms in the person detection process.
Razer also announced that its previously introduced Edge portable gaming console will be available in the US this month for $360. The company also introduced the Blade 16 and Blade 18 gaming laptops. These models are powered by the latest Nvidia RTX 40 series mobile graphics cards and Intel processors.
The 16- and 18-inch devices with mini-LED displays are available with DDR5 5600MHz RAM. Razer’s Kiyo Pro Ultra webcam model also debuted at CES 2023. The product, which offers a physical screen for privacy, has a price of $ 300.
The camera, which is reportedly built on a 1/1.2-inch Sony Starvis 2 sensor, can shoot 4K 24 fps video at the top. The model, which can provide natural background blur with an aperture value of F1.7, offers 60 fps at 1080P.
Razer’s concept product called Project Carol also made some noise at CES 2023. The company, which brings a concept to every CES fair, brings us a head cushion with Project Carol. Developed especially for the company’s own gaming chairs, this head pillow can provide surround sound and haptic feedback directly with built-in speakers.
